UGI offers an automatic payment option through our Online Account Center called AutoPay.

When you sign up for AutoPay, your bank will transfer the exact amount of your monthly utility bill – from the bank account you designate – to UGI on the due date of the bill. You will be able to see the amount due and payments made by logging into your account online, rather than receiving a paper bill from UGI.

With the AutoPay automatic deduction plan:

  • No paper bills. View your bill online each month.
  • All notifications are sent via email.
  • Enrollment is free. 
  • No late charges.  Your account will be paid on time – even if you are on vacation. 
  • No obligation. Cancel anytime.

Please note: If you have a past due amount (inclusive of supplier charges), any past due balance will be submitted for payment immediately upon enrollment, and the entire past due amount deducted from your bank account.
